What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted on unused goods. Request for return must be made within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once order is received and confirmed a refund or exchange can be processed
We accept exchanges for damaged products. Claims must be made via email with photos included within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. Please email us at oakshorecollective@gmail.com
What are my shipping options?
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS ground, or FedEx. If you have a preference please request it at the time of placing your order. International orders are shipped via USPS unless an account is provided. All duties or custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my order?
Orders typically ship in 3-5 business days, but turn around times may vary during high volume seasons.

Do you have product photos I can use?
A product photo library is available upon request, and images from listings can be used by stockists with products they have purchased.
Oak shore does not support the use of generative AI for creative processes. Product photos of Oak shore’s designs may not be run through generative ai.
Do you offer white labelling?
We do not offer white labelling. Products must be sold in original packaging. Products may not be repackaged or rebranded. Products can not be sold on any third party websites (Amazon or Etsy)
